AFAIK Mirei is the only in university.
Could be just a bad coincidence that Ayaka was sick during recording day.

Well the term was phrased on the blog of her Real Ganbatteru Tochu radio show last year
And they hinted at some kind of teaching the first time around
They have repeated the term every time Ayaka has missed shows (being replaced as MC by another member)
which happened 2-3 times
I don't think she was sick every time :) -

Oh that's an interesting tidbit.
Then perhaps she's already applied for leave on that day before their TV appearance was confirmed.
So she's just on a day off. I remembered in some TV programmes when they were asked why one of them is missing, they answered that member took the day off like Hinata on the first 4 episode of Ebichu++.

Has there been any updates on Mirei's physical condition recently? After watching some of the MUSiC festival and seeing her relegated to standing in the back for most of it with limited dance here and there, I was just curious if maybe I had missed something. It seemed like she had gotten better after her fall, especially seeing her perform Trendy Girl pretty physically on TV a couple weeks ago, but then she's just sort of there for the festival.

今回は店長会議にまつわるお話。
― 杉下（岡山天音）がバイトを始めて早一年。レベルアップしているが、いかんせん人手が足りない！そんなロードサイド店で、今年の店長会議は開催されるという。
ドレスコードは「謝罪」…
そうして当日、いつの間にか店長になっていた皆がそれぞれ「謝罪」を表現した服装（やコスプレ）でやって来る。
久しぶりの再会に沸き立つ一同。やはり会議はほぼ行われず宴会が始まる。
