I think kwkm says the venuw will hold around 6,000 audience members, which is pretty modest and cozy compared to the huge venues they've been using in the past few years.

The official version was they would be focusing the recording sessions on the new albums so they couldnt afford extra studio time to record songs for the x-mas single.
This is better than not x-mas single at all. And i think its great that they are doing a vinyl thing, it gives it that special touch

A CD version would have been nice tough, im of the few that still believes in physical music. FLAC is great,MP3 is decent, but clicking on a keyboard to get your music isnt as exciting as going to the record store or coming home in the evening and finding what the mailman brought

Quite true. I'm a haptic person myself. If I really like something I want to own a physical copy where I have something in my hands to look at and touch.
I don't like itunes and alike (not to speak of spotify).
That's like musical fast food. And I do like a good steak better :)
I do prefer a CD over vinyl though (and I grew up on vinyl still possessing over 1000 LPs)
I don't buy the "it sounds warmer" stuff at all. And I don't miss the scratches either. Lol

I love CDs much more than digital as well, but it's convenient to have everything in a digital library to store across devices as well. As for vinyls, I haven't had the pleasure of ever hearing a recently mastered one. In any case though, they're really going classic with this: literally an A and B-side for the record, it's cool! Sucks that it won't be a standalone single like their other Christmas ones, but it's a nice preview and hype-up for the new albums, as well as a much-needed homage to one of Momoclo's lesser-known songs, I feel.

5 the power is great. But this would have been a great excuse to toss in the "Pledge of Z" english version too, speaking of digital versus physical lol

Thinking about this, it would be nice if they compiled the digital only songs like JUMP and Mugen No Ai Emperor version on a 45 rpm vinyl. Just sayin...

Excellent timing, as usual...
I was just going to ask about those conditions, having read the forecasts before leaving my country.
Anyway, my arrival in Japan coincides again with bad weather (or is that good, considering the type of event?), just like the first 桃神祭.

Also I think those forecasts refer to Karuizawa city, not the Snow Park, or am I wrong?
In the first case, can we possibly assume that all the precipitation on the venue will be snow?

Personally, I will be there (on 24th and 25th) in any case.
