Occasionally, Momoclo does audience-specific concerts. The video you linked was from their Onna Matsuri 2014 ~Ristorante da MCZ~ concert (girls only concert). They have also done men's only concerts.

Main types of audience-specific concerts and year it took place in:
Otoko Matsuri (Men's festival): 2011, 2012, 2015
Onna Matsuri (Women's festival): 2011, 2012, 2014
Kodomo Matsuri (Children's festival): 2012, 2013, 2015
