Episode 44 of Layton Mystery Tanteisha Katri no Nazotoki has been subbed, so 45 shouldn't be far behind. I've uploaded it here for everyone because it has the preview for MCZ's episode at the end. I watched this episode, and it's cute and fun, with a little educational value as well. I'm definitely looking forward to the next episode and will diligently keep my eye out for it!

A little background on the show: It is based on a series of video games for the Nintendo DS & 3DS called Professor Layton. The latest entry in the series starred Layton's daughter, Katrielle, for the first time. It's called Layton's Mystery Journey: Katrielle and the Millionaires' Conspiracy. The game is available in the U.S. and Europe on the 3DS, but was also released for the Switch in Japan. The anime, also starring Katrielle, started airing last year in April.

At some point in the not so distant past I saw an entertaining compilation of Shiorin sitting down to eat at various places and reacting with over an over the top "OISHII!" to everything she tasted. Most of the time she was in the company of Reni, if the few brain cells remaining in my head recall correctly.

Has anyone here by chance also seen this video and maybe could share where I could find it? I actually had a copy on my hard drive that doesn't work anymore. Now I can't remember where I got it in the first place. Maybe it was from a TV show, or maybe it was a Youtube video.

AKB always had a different concept in that the perfect show ranked higher than a live feel
Hence playback and no live music
H!P basically was the same. Later on they did have live bands for some groups (like Buono and of course LovendoR)

All other groups simply weren't big enough when it came to concerts to have such an extended big band on stage
So it's hard to make comparisons there

Babymetal certainly did, and the recent BiSH tour with the strings and stuff were all out too

What MCZ certainly did like no one else before or after them was that event character the concerts had
(of which the big band was one part of)
But a concert over several hours with dance troupes, soccer games, wrestling matches, ice skaters, track & field and so on with hundreds of people on stage was indeed a novelty
(and hardly affordable for almost everyone else. Lol)
