Misa’s note: A unique point in this song is how the choruses are sung from different perspectives. The first (and last) chorus uses the word “bokura” for “we”, while the second chorus uses “watashitachi” for the same word. “Boku” is a term reserved mostly by males, while “watashi” is used by females. These words were probably chosen to find traction with listeners from the genders by representing both, hence the all-inclusive title “Boys&Girls”.
