【Members eligible for renewal】
Members whose membership expires within April~August 2013 are eligible for renewal at any of the concert venues.
Member ID is essential for the renewal procedure.
Prepare your membership card or log in to the fanclub website as proof of membership.

【How to renew membership】
2 months before your membership expires, the fanclub will send out an e-mail reminding you to renew your membership.
After receiving the e-mail, please choose the option “renew my membership”.
After that, please select the option “payment at convenience store” (*any store name will do), but do not make payment.

【Notes】
Members who wish to renew their membership will have to pay the annual fee by cash at the venue.
Note that members who do not remember their member ID will not be able to renew their membership.
Credit cards will not be accepted for payment.
If you have previously stopped your membership but wish to continue on now, procedures to pick up your membership again are available only if your last membership with TeamAyu is within the past 3 years.
