Hey—. Are you awake—?
We attended Anime Summer today—! ❤

I’m really grateful since it was our 3rd time performing! When summer comes! It’ll be the most joyous thing if Anime Summer can become a regular thing for us too ( ^ω^ )

This time, we performed “Akubi musume no uta” with Horie Mitsuko-san!
It was wonderful~!

Taka-chan was, of course, the old man!
Of course of course—? (laugh)

Horie-san was really so nice, and she chatted lots with us!
I was shocked to learn that she performed “Akubi musume no uta” when she was just 12 years old!
I’ll always respect you! Master!

I got goosebumps listening to her performances of songs from Candy Candy and Himitsu no Ako-chan too!

It was a grand concert with lots of grand artistes. What extravagance!
I hope to perform more anime songs too, and do collabs with lots of different senpai!

So, Anime Summer will continue on today from yesterday, so please enjoy yourselves!

Hello!
This is Taka-san—!!!

The weather’s suddenly turned cold recently, so confusing!
But the heat will be back next week ( ^ω^ )
I don’t want to say goodbye to summer just yet!

And so, Taka-san and friends went to watch a little bit of Syachi-chan’s Budoukan concert!
Wow! Everyone was so cute—. I was totally astonished.
Each of the 6 members had their strengths, and they were so powerful together!
They were really so cute, and it was so fun! I received lots of energy!

I’ll continue to support them from the shadows!
Anyway, sudden change of topic. Team “More support” recently went to take a purikura together. (laugh)

Yeah yeah!
Has everyone been doing summerish things—?
This year, I met up with a group of friends on the roof of my friend’s house, where we watched fireworks, played endlessly with sparklers, and even split a melon ( ^ω^ )

Takagi managed to split it right down the middle! (laugh)
That melon was so delicious, that even though everyone ate 2 slices each, I chowed down 4 slices on my own—!
Even the seeds! Because it was too troublesome to spit them out——— (laugh)
My friends warned that maybe a melon would start growing inside my tummy. (laugh)
We had so— much fun—!

Then, Takagi is also obsessed with shaved ice—!
It’s so delicious, I love it—!
I wonder how many I will eat this summer!
I’ve been especially obsessed with the lemon and macha flavours recently!

There’s lots of different flavours for shaved ice these days, right?
There are even shaved ice cafes!
I’ve been doing research so we can go during our next break. I’ll report here if we do that!

Everyone! How have you been?!
This is Taka-san—!
I’m here to make an announcement—

Taka-san did a recording for something yesterday!
What is it, you ask…

Sekai fushigi hakken!

It was my first appearance, so I was nervous—
But, the casting staff were really kind, and gave me a frog charm so that the nervous me can get home safely,
so it all turned out really well!

Ahh— I was so nervous, but I did my best!
The O.A is next week, on 16 August!
Look forward to it!

Sorry for the late update…
The 2 days of summer Baka Sawagi have concluded successfully!
It was just so much fun!
It was actually raining on Day 2, but then, the rainbow appeared after that, like a miracle!
It was amazing ( ^ω^ )
When everyone’s gathered together, the energy sure is awesome. That was my thought as we fooled around!!
Both days were really so enjoyable!
So much so that I have no concrete memories, and even though it’s already August, the screws in my head are still loose, and I don’t feel like tightening them!
It was just like a dream, to have the most number of grand guests ever in history, from all over Japan, coming to grace our stage ( ^ω^ )
It was a show created by the guests, the staff, and all the Mononofu.
We had set the record for most number of audience and guests in history, but most importantly, the concert created on 26-27 July 2014 was truly one of a kind!
It was truly the most amazing concert, that even though so many days had passed, I still can’t believe it actually happened ( ^ω^ )
With the peach deities appeased, I’m sure they will continue to protect us!
Our screws will continue to be loose as summer progresses, as we slowly head towards Momokuri (laugh)

Ahh— Thank you for the best summer ever!
