カメラマンの池田さんと似てて
双子コーデみたいになったよ。笑
The baseball cap they prepared for me  was very similar to
the one Ikeda san, the photographer, was wearing at that time.
We are putting on the matching cap.

でも池田さんはハライチの澤部さんに似てるんだよ。
Ikeda san looks like Sawabe san from a comedian group called Haraichi.
だからももクロ現場ではハライチと呼ばれてます。笑
So we call him Haraichi when we have him around at work.

7/30　Shiori ビタミン

今日もバカ騒ぎのリハしてたよー！
We had a rehearsal for Baka Sawagi today.
汗かいたっ！
 I got sweat a lot.
レッスン終わってピノ食べたら
星がでて叫んだ。笑
 After the lesson, I had some Pino(ice cream product )
and there was a star-shaped Pino in it I got so exited and I could not help screaming out. haha.

で 、大喜びで手に乗せて写真撮ったんだけどちょっと溶けた。笑
 I was like wow! and put it on my hand to take a picture of it and it melted a bit.
そりゃそうだね。
Of course it melts.
アイスは手に乗せちゃダメだよ。
 You would better not to place ice cream on your hand.
でも美味しくいただきました😋
 I enjoyed eating it after that.
お家に帰ったら、ばあばからのお届け物が来てて
 As I got back home, there was a package from my grand mother.

Hi guys!
Have you watched the music video of BLAST?
自分で言うのもあれですけど
すごくかっこいいMVになっていて、
It’s kind of awkward to evaluate my own music video
but it is really cool.
豪華ゲストの皆さんにも出演していただいて、
嬉しい限りです…♡
 There are a lot of splendid guests are starring.
I am just so grateful.
やっぱり世界で活躍されてるみなさんは
本当に尊敬するし、かっこいいし、
それにしてお優しい方ばかりで
身体にまとってるオーラが素晴らしいなぁと実感しました。
The international athletes are so respectable, cool and they are also very kind.

わたしにフェンシングを教えてくださって
相手役をやってくださった宮脇花綸選手。

この前秩父に遊びに行って来たの☺︎
 A few days ago I went to Chichibu to hang out.
大人アスレチックしてきた！！
 I tried the adventure playground for adults.

ずっと行きたくて、ようやく。
 I’ve wanted to go and finally I made it.
子供の時からアスレチックって大好きで、
特にシューって滑り降りるターザンみたいのがめちゃめちゃ好きで楽しかった♡
Since I’m in a childhood I love the adventure playground.
I especially like the flying fox, the you’d be like a Tarzan.

実は少し高所恐怖症で
最初はめっちゃビビってたのは内緒。
 I’m actually afraid of heights.
I cannot say that in a loud voice but I was hesitate to try it at the very first time.
ここに半ズボンで行ったら
蚊に刺されまくったの。笑
 I was here with a short pants on.
The mosquitoes love stinging my legs.
山には半ズボンで行ってはいけません。
学びました。
 You would better not to get into the wild mountain with a short pants.
That’s what I learned.
秩父は、前に三峰神社で撮影をしてから
すごく素敵な場所だなって思ってて
また行きたいなーー！
 Since the last time when I got here for filming, I felt it is a such beautiful place.
 I would love to visit Chichibu again.
