Misa’s note: The term “azs” is shortform for “azassu”, which is slang for “arigatou gozaimasu” or “thank you”. ayu began using this term recently in some tweets. However, not many people understand the term “azassu”, much less “azs”, which is probably what this fan was asking her about.

Rock338: We shouldn’t follow the trends and shorten 「arigatou」, but write it out fully. God has said so. However, seeing how other fans are allowing the usage of the word, I myself used it too.
ayu_19980408: That’s right. I totally agree. Lots of people use it when they can, and some people use it when they’re not supposed to, as well. But in my personal mails, I try to keep to the rule!!

ayu_19980408: I think about the balance I need to keep around me. There are things which only I see, things which I don’t talk about. I just want to protect those. There is never justice behind jealousy and attacks.
