【TICKET PRICING】
All seats 8,500yen
*In addition to the ticket price, 600yen will be charged per ticket as handling fee. Those who choose to receive their tickets through mail will be charged another 600yen as delivery fee.
*All above 3 years old need a ticket for entrance.
*Special child seats are available for those who come with children below 3 years old, but there will be an extra charge.
*You can enter the lottery multiple times during the open period.
– If you made a mistake during the first submission, please resubmit your entry again.
– The entry taken into consideration will be the latest submission. All previous submissions will be cancelled.
– Note that once you have submitted an entry, there is no way of cancelling it.

【NOTES】
*Note that members who fail to pay or choose to cancel their tickets after they win the lottery will be blacklisted for future fanclub lottery events.
*This fanclub lottery ensures that fanclub members are able to win concert tickets before general sales, and are first to be notified of all concert information. However, it does not guarantee that members will definitely win tickets, or obtain tickets with good seating.
*The fanclub will not take responsibility should members fail to read this information and make mistakes during the lottery procedure.
*For any inquiries about the lottery process, please make the inquiry before the open period closes. The fanclub is unable to process any requests after the lottery has closed.
*No cancellations can be made once members have submitted their lottery entry.
*Should members lose their tickets, the fanclub will not reissue tickets nor accept personal documents as proof of purchase. Please keep tickets with care.
*Even if tickets are lost, stolen or forgotten, members who do not show their tickets at the concert venue will not be allowed entrance.
*No matter the reason, no refund will be made for tickets after payment is made.
*Should any problems occur on the concert day itself, please seek assistance from the staff present to solve the problem. Tha fanclub is unable to investigate any incidents if reports are made after the concert has ended.
*The fanclub will not condone, aid nor support any extra activities organized by fans before or during the concert.
*Audience who come in a wheelchair will be brought to a special space that is in lieu with safety precautions and with easy access should there be a need for evacuation, to view the concert. There is no need to inform the fanclub, the venue staff will attend to any needs and requests.
*Members are to find out more about the concert and seating arrangement on their own on the day of the concert itself. The fanclub is unable to attend to such inquiries.
*To protect the artiste, all filming and recording devices are forbidden inside the venue. Audience with mobile devices capable of filming and recording are advised to switch them off during the concert. Members caught filming or recording in the venue will be asked to leave, and may have their fanclub membership revoked.
*Audience who do not comply with instructions given by the venue staff, or cause any trouble, will be asked to leave, or be denied entry.
*No refund will be made for the ticket should the audience be asked to leave, or be denied entry.
*All unofficial goods sold at the venue do not have permission from the fanclub, so members are advised to refrain from buying them.
*No compensation will be made to cover accommodation and transport should the concert be cancelled or delayed. Should any compensation be made under unforeseen circumstances, note that compensation will only cover the original ticket price. Compensation for handling and delivery fees will not made.

【RESALE/AUCTION OF TICKETS】
Tickets obtained through the fanclub lottery are forbidden to be resold or transferred to any third party, regardless of the reason. It is also illegal to sponsor or support any resale efforts by third parties.
Should members be caught reselling their fanclub lottery tickets through shops or online auctions, the fanclub membership of the member who won the lottery will be revoked.
Tickets can be given to friends and family, but members have the responsibility of explaining that tickets given to them are not to be resold or put on auction.
※Should members purchase tickets and be unable to attend the concert due to unforeseen circumstances, selling of the tickets to immediate friends and family at the original ticket price is not considered to be “reselling”.
