This is Taka-san-!
It’s 7 July today, so what day is it-?
Ready…
Tanabata-/
( ^ω^ )
It was raining in the morning, but it stopped by afternoon, and we could see the stars at night!
I wonder if Orihime-sama and Hikoboshi-sama are on a date now?
I hope they’ve managed to meet up, and are having a great time!
Did everyone do the traditional Tanabata activities-?
I attended a Tanabata festival yesterday!
It was so much fun!
And there were so many tanzaku too!
So I felt that I needed to write a wish too!
But I’m keeping it a secret
I’ll announce it if it comes true!
Everyone, please write your wishes too!
Orihime-sama and Hikoboshi-sama, please grant everyone’s wishes with the power of your love!

Notes
1. Tanabata, or “Evening of the seventh”, is a Japanese star festival. It celebrates the meeting of the deities Orihime and Hikoboshi (represented by the stars Vega and Altair respectively). According to legend, the Milky Way separates these lovers, and they are allowed to meet only once a year on the seventh day of the seventh lunar month of the lunisolar calendar.
2. Tanzaku are small pieces of paper on which people write wishes and hang on bamboo, sometimes with other decorations, during Tanabata.
