Evening-wireless! (^-^)
This is Taka-san!
Everyone, how did you spend your New Year’s day?
For Taka-san- After ust, she went to pay respects to her ancestors at the family tomb!
We said our thanks for 2013, and prayed for progress in 2014 (^-^)
And then, I talked so much with the priest d(^_^o)
I told him lots about what we did and felt about GOUNN, and he listened patiently to me!
All the people at Mum’s temple seems to have watched Kouhaku too! And they told me that it was great-! (^-^)
So my New Year was soon filled with warm feelings!
Then, we went around to Granny’s house, then some relatives’ house for greetings ♪
It was fun to talk with everyone about stuff-!
And then and then, on our way home, we went to Donki for the first time this year! (laugh)
It was a super happy New Year’s day ☆
Ah!
I still need to draw my fortune!
I’ll come back to report on that, so please wait (≧∇≦)

Notes:
1. In the first sentence, Reni joined the words “good evening (konbanwa)” with “wireless (waiyaresu)” in a pun.
2. Donki refers to Don Quijote, a discount chain store that carries a wide range of products, from basic groceries to electronics to clothing. The store is well known in Japan and is often referred to by its shortened name Donki. Distinctly, Don Quijote tends to keep very late hours for Japanese retailing (to 3 or 5am, or even 24 hours) and it packs its goods from ceiling to floor in a distinct merchandising strategy encouraging the customer to “discover treasure” and possibly return to the store to find a remembered item.
