Hesitating at this slight unusual fever upon my brow

After school in the yard, it echoes loudly
In the tram we always ride on

One listless yawn as you walk by sleepily
I throw my gaze quietly, from diagonally behind you
A little closer than usual, within arm’s reach

The path to school seems more open, shining with color

From your usual window seat
“Good morning” you call, and the classroom colors up

Peeking into the park from the train window, your shadow passes by
Light pink petals across the fence
